Please understand that we are not a kennel, and all of our Dogs live in our home as part of our family. When you join the Lionheart Family, you can rest assured that your newest addition was carefully planned with the intention of breed improvement in mind. We as breeders are committed to the pursuit of our goal, which is to breed excellent quality Cane Corso.
Socialization and Enrichment
We use the Puppy Culture method from birth, litter train, crate train and start basic obedience. We also Volhard test our puppies at 7 weeks to assess puppy personality, allowing us to best determine family compatibility. We utilize the following enrichment methods: Sit Command, Leash Walking, Crate Training, "No" Biting or Chewing, Potty Training, Structures, e.g. Climbing, Scents, Chew, e.g. Bone, Toys, e.g. Ball, Early Neurological Stimulation, Touch Desensitization, Grooming Desensitization, Household Desensitization, Sound Stimulation, Socialized with Other Animals, Socialized with Adult Dogs, Socialized with Children.
Health and Guarantee
All puppies come with the first set of shots, deworming at 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks and will also have had a litter exam from the veterinarian showing a clean bill of health. We also do Nomographs on our expecting mothers to provide correct vaccination protocol. This helps to ensure puppies aren't under or over vaccinated. They are all microchipped and have personal binders including all of this information.

We offer a 26 month health guarantee. It covers genetic issues and we also take back any of our puppies that the new owner may be unable to keep - whatever the reason may be.
